I applied and was selected through the Tulane Innovation Institute to assist St. Noir Cafe with its TikTok presence and to create a brand guide. St Noir Cafe is deemed a cafe sanctuary where people can relax, work, and enjoy. The cafe offers a wide variety of drinks, from coffee and matcha to alcoholic beverages, as well as a classic selection of pastries. The cafe also holds multiple events such as concerts and art exhibits. The TikToks I created highlight the cafe’s menu, environment, and events. Over 60 days, the TikTok gained over 200 followers, 28K total views with 7,526 new viewers, over 100 shares, and around 3,000 likes.
